Chris Zankel 68876baf5e [PATCH] xtensa: Fix TIOCGICOUNT macro ...

Remove the dependence on the async_icount structure in the TIOCGICOUNT
macro for Xtensa.  (Thanks Russell and Adrian for pointing this out)
