Catalin Marinas f557f5e51d [ARM] 3313/1: Use OSC4 instead of OSC1 for CLCD ...

Patch from Catalin Marinas

Because of a type, OSC1 was used for setting the display clock instead of
OSC4. This patch fixes it.
