Ingo Molnar a53da52fd7 [PATCH] genirq: cleanup: merge irq_affinity[] into irq_desc[]

Consolidation: remove the irq_affinity[NR_IRQS] array and move it into the
irq_desc[NR_IRQS].affinity field.
