Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Detailed description
I noticed that First Come First Served Scheduling Algorithm isn't implemented. I would like contribute by implementing it.
Context
As I'm new in open source I'd be glad to contribute to this project.

FCFS algorithm is a scheduling algorithm in which the executive process is the process that arrives first.
For example:
Given the process p1 with arrival time 0 and burst time 3 and process p2 with arrival time 1 and burst time 2, p1 will be executed first and when it's done, p2 will be executed.
