Run the following commands

  • dotnet remove package Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Sqlite
  • dotnet add package Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Sqlite.Core
  • dotnet add package SQLitePCLRaw.bundle_e_sqlite3
    •

    Then when you finish, make sure the sqlite db is created at runtime. In your HomeController, inject the DbContext, then run the EnsureDbExists() method.

    It always worked for me.
