There is an important security improvement the main branch (https://github.com/google/brotli/pull/1234), but it's not released to pypi.

https://github.com/google/brotli/pull/1244/ seems to be wrong, as 1.1.0 release was made without the mentioned security fix.

Could you please make a release?
