Hi there,
I wasn't sure whether to start a new thread, or add this to #427 as it sounds like a similar issue, but is nothing to do with iTunes.
Anyway, I've mentioned in other threads how delighted I am with CCExtractor when it's provided with teletext from my Astra 28.2E (UK satellite) TvHeadend source. Usually I get perfect results, including different colour text when different people are talking. Great!
However, I've noticed that when recording from the channel ITVHD I get triple duplicate lines for all text. This results in flickering on playback. I've attached an .srt for one I made last night, and can also provide the file I pulled these from, here

I don't have this issue with other DVB-S HD channels I've tried, just ITVHD.
HOWEVER:
If I remux this .ts file with MKVTOOLNIX it will create an .srt text subtitle track in the resulting .mkv file without any line duplication. I can provide any .ts file with teletext subs into MKVTOOLNIX and it will create .srt subs in the remuxed file, but it loses colour information, so I prefer to use CCExtractor first, and then remux to MKV using CCExtractor's .srt output. But at least I can extract usable subs :)
Thanks for reading.
