[FIX] Improved Dockerfile for Cross-Platform Compatibility

Changes in this PR:

  • Fixed issues in the Dockerfile to ensure smooth execution on both Linux and macOS.
  • Resolved potential permission and line-ending inconsistencies.
  • Improved package installations and dependency handling to prevent build failures.
