In raising this issue, I confirm the following:

Necessary information

Is this a regression (i.e. did it work before)? NO
What platform did you use? Window
What were the used arguments? --no_progress_bar

Additional information

When extracting from .ts (recorded from freesat) some subtitles come out in Cyrillic,
e.g.
Мове, мове! instead of Move, move!
or
Но. Нот бацк тхен, анiваi. instead of No. Not back then, anyway.
Am I missing a setting (like a reverse of -latrusmap)?

Other extractors (like Subtitle Edit) extracts all subtitles correctly in Latin, so something's a bit odd

I'm not using windows, so I couldn't test it myself.

It might be useful to post the output that CCExtractor gives, so we can see if it actually picked teletext (and which page).
