Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Additional information
I'm a maintainer of website https://codziennatranskrypcjatvpis.github.io, which collects subtitles from news aired on Polish public TV, but recently subtitles from teletext have become empty. I tried switching to digital subtitles and the result is the same. I don't know why, because CCExtractor worked for me 2 years ago and digital subtitles are still available on TV. There is a possibility that broadcaster changed something to break compatibility with CCExtractor, but I can't inquiry this myself.
