[BUG] 708 captions inside of an MXF file are not being detected by CCExtractor #818

CCExtractor says there are no subtitles, but Premiere Pro correctly detects them.
When I ingest this file into Premiere Pro, I can see the captions on the Source Player:

When I drag the file onto the Premiere Pro timeline, I can see the captions stream at the top:

Hi maintainers 👋
I’ve opened a PR that addresses this issue: PR number: 1831
The fix focuses on MXF ANC/VANC demuxing logic so caption packets aren’t skipped when present (as seen in Premiere Pro).
This is my first contribution here . I’m happy to iterate based on feedback or add tests if you advise where best to do so.

@getsalty Do you happen to have a longer sample? I'm looking into this and I got to the point in which the data does reach the decoder, but there isn't enough of it to be a good test.
