80f0c112ab common/platform/win_memory: Do not use global for mapped file views.

45ff0ea740 cpu: Rework some be2_struct stuff. 
Remove implicit cast from X_ptr <-> X_addr.
Change X_cast<T> to X_cast<T *> in order to support X_cast<X_addr>.

e31909d5a5 Fix format_arg for BigEndianValue. 
Because of the implicit BigEndianValue::operator Type(), we would trigger
fmtlib's ConvertToInt to see our type as convertible to int, which would
mean our custom format_arg was not actually called.

1308cabdc5 Change from implementing ostream<< to format_arg for fmtlib user types. 
ostream operator<< always assumes no formatting, format_arg can properly
apply the specified formatting.

0ed6ebc093 Add sci module for creating default system settings. 
This is actually a real module but can only be found statically linked into
games and thus will never be imported by anything. But we can copy the Init
functions from SCI to setup the default values for system settings.
