Use pointer.get instead of pointer.getRawPointer where applicable.
...
.get() is preferred because it will still return a be2_val wrapped value,
whereas getRawPointer() returns the underlying type without be2_val wrapper.

New GPU & GX2 command buffer implementation.

- Massive cleanup of gx2 command buffer pool.
- Buffers are now submitted through tcl.rpl.
- Adds a new GPU interrupt system.
- GPU correctly interrupts CPU when required by EVENT_WRITE_EOP to notify
of a retired command buffer.
- Breaks pm4-replay, fixes coming soon(TM).
