279aae8a05 cafe/sndcore2: Fixed audio hardware being initialized with wrong output rate. 
The hardware always outputs at 48000, however the DSP is
capable of performing upscaling when necessary.

315af58b80 sdl/audio: Fixed audio initialization errors. 
By passing in a second parameter to SDL_OpenAudio, you are
telling SDL that you are happy to have the audio formats
changed under you.  We do not want this as we want SDL
to handle the conversions away from hardware buffers.

da21603a70 cafe/hle: Fixed inconsistent kernel trace logging. 
The kernel trace logger was no accurate in determining
the first vs. later arguments with intermixed GPR/FPR
usage, as well as with variadic arguments.  This commit
adds the argument number to the parameter data to allow
the trace logger to accurately generate the log message.

2169c343af cafe/hle: Fixed error with va_arg handling. 
Previously we assumed that there was some constant
base GPR which is considered when saving va_args.
In reality, all registers from r3->r11 are saved
and the va_list gpr/fpr values point to the start
of the va_args in that va_list (as it will store
non-variadic data to the reg_savearea too).

Note: There appears to still be an unrelated but
visible issue with reading of FPR va_args.
