Is there a way to change/set the command name instead of using the project name? For instance, I have a project called App.Console and have the installed command be 'app' instead of 'App.Console'.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
