Update Simple-Chinese Translation to latest.

Besides:
i see game list code error, dino crisis (jp) and dino crisis 2 (jp) both is CPCS-00701。in that case ,once i pause the dino crisis (jp),resume the game is dino crisis 2 (jp) 。
