Philippe Gerum fbc78b07ba powerpc/mm: Fix _PAGE_CHG_MASK to protect _PAGE_SPECIAL 
Fix _PAGE_CHG_MASK so that pte_modify() does not affect the _PAGE_SPECIAL bit.
