Hello there,

I am working on a project and I am looking for a good way to cite the name of an author after a 'blockquote'.
Using Markdown-it a double hyphen '--' is transformed to a mdash —, but in Markdig this doesn't happen.
What do you think about adding this feature?

(I thought GitHub did this but I was wrong)

Roses are Red
Violets are Blue
And so are you
