3822df47c2 Remove the deprecated glusterfs block driver
Glusterfs has been marked as deprecated since QEMU v9.2, and as far
as I know, nobody spoke up 'til today that it should be kept.
The listed e-mail address integration@gluster.org in our MAINTAINERS
file seems to be bouncing nowadays, and looking at their website
https://www.gluster.org/ the most recent news are from 2020 / 2021 ...
so it seems like there is really hardly any interest in Glusterfs
anymore. Thus it's time to remove the code now from QEMU.

34f634a207 hw/arm: Remove fby35 machine
The fby35 machine was deprecated in QEMU 10.2 and is now removed in
QEMU 11.1.

This multi-SoC machine was added as an example of heterogeneous
systems, but the models never evolved and no public firmware is
available to boot it. Users needing multi-SoC emulation should use the
ast2700fc machine instead, which is based on newer AST2700 SoCs with
better support.

af82c8c3e8 migration/qapi: Rename MigrationStats to MigrationRAMStats
This stats is only about RAM, make it accurate. This paves way for
statistics for all devices.

Thanks to Markus, who pointed out that docs/devel/qapi-code-gen.rst has a
section "Compatibility considerations" stated:

Since type names are not visible in the Client JSON Protocol, types
may be freely renamed. Even certain refactorings are invisible, such
as splitting members from one type into a common base type.

Hence this change is not ABI violation according to the document.

While at it, touch up the lines to make it read better, correct the
restriction on migration status being 'active' or 'completed': over time we
grew too many new status that will also report "ram" section.

We deprecated the command line option -old-param for the 10.0

types which have all now been removed from QEMU.

the feature was removed using "removed in". Use that
instead of "since" which we use for when a feature is

0e259fa5a1 hw/microblaze: Remove the big-endian variants of ml605 and xlnx-zynqmp-pmu
Both machines were added with little-endian in mind only (the
"endianness" CPU property was hard-wired to "true", see commits
133d23b3ad and a88bbb006a), so the variants that showed up
on the big endian target likely never worked. We deprecated these
non-working machine variants two releases ago, and so far nobody
complained, so it should be fine now to disable them. Hard-wire
the machines to little endian now.

f7214f99ff vl.c: Remove pxa2xx-specific -portrait and -rotate options
The ``-portrait`` and ``-rotate`` options were documented as only
working with the PXA LCD device, and all the machine types using
that display device were removed in 9.2.

These options were intended to simulate a mobile device being
rotated by the user, and had three effects:
 * the display output was rotated by 90, 180 or 270 degrees
(implemented in the PXA display device models)
 * the mouse/trackpad input was rotated the opposite way
   (implemented in generic code)
 * the machine model would signal to the guest about its
   orientation
(implemented by e.g. the spitz machine model)

Of these three things, the input-rotation was coded without being
restricted to boards which supported the full set of device-rotation
handling, so in theory the options were usable on other machine
models with odd effects (rotating input but not display output). But
this was never intended or documented behaviour, so we can reasonably
drop these command line arguments without a formal deprecate-and-drop
cycle for them.

Remove the options, and their implementation and documentation.
Describe the removal in removed-features.rst.
