6657f3bb55 9pfs: Add FreeBSD support
This is largely derived from existing Darwin support. FreeBSD
apparently has better support for *at() system calls so doesn't require
workarounds for a missing mknodat(). The implementation has a couple of
warts however:
- The extattr(2) system calls don't support anything akin to
XATTR_CREATE or XATTR_REPLACE, so a racy workaround is implemented.
- Attribute names cannot begin with "user." or "system." on ZFS.
However FreeBSD's extattr(2) system calls support two dedicated
namespaces for these two. So "user." or "system." prefixes are
trimmed off from attribute names and instead EXTATTR_NAMESPACE_USER or
EXTATTR_NAMESPACE_SYSTEM are picked and passed to extattr system calls
  accordingly.

The 9pfs tests were verified to pass on the UFS, ZFS and tmpfs
filesystems.

ed76671888 9p: remove 'proxy' filesystem backend driver
It has been deprecated since 8.1; remove it and suggest using the 'local' file
system backend driver instead or virtiofsd.

d0cda6f461 configure, meson: rename targetos to host_os
This variable is about the host OS, not the target. It is used a lot
more since the Meson conversion, but the original sin dates back to 2003.
Time to fix it.

0d66549cf5 meson: remove CONFIG_ALL
CONFIG_ALL is tricky to use and was ported over to Meson from the
recursive processing of Makefile variables. Meson sourcesets
however have all_sources() and all_dependencies() methods that
remove the need for it.

53e8868d69 meson: remove OS definitions from config_targetos
CONFIG_DARWIN, CONFIG_LINUX and CONFIG_BSD are used in some rules, but
only CONFIG_LINUX has substantial use. Convert them all to if...endif.

de6cd7599b meson: Replace softmmu_ss -> system_ss
We use the user_ss[] array to hold the user emulation sources,
and the softmmu_ss[] array to hold the system emulation ones.
Hold the latter in the 'system_ss[]' array for parity with user
emulation.

Mechanical change doing:

  $ sed -i -e s/softmmu_ss/system_ss/g $(git grep -l softmmu_ss)

0fb1e19d78 9p: darwin: meson: Allow VirtFS on Darwin
To allow VirtFS on darwin, we need to check that pthread_fchdir_np is
available, which has only been available since macOS 10.12.

Additionally, virtfs_proxy_helper is disabled on Darwin. This patch
series does not currently provide an implementation of the proxy-helper,
but this functionality could be implemented later on.

3a489d38fd meson: Declare have_virtfs_proxy_helper in main meson.build
have_virtfs_proxy_helper is used from docs/meson.build, and can be
not declared when including it before fsdev/meson.build. This fixes:

  ../docs/meson.build:54:2: ERROR: Unknown variable "have_virtfs_proxy_helper".
