HPPA patches for qemu-v11
A few late fixes for the HPPA architecture for QEMU v11:
- graphics support was broken for 64-bit machines. This series adds
support for VGA graphics for Linux guests
- the various memory ranges were not correctly implemented
- TOC/NMI was not working on 64-bit machines
- minor 64-bit HP-UX boot fixes (but HP-UX 64-bit still crashes)

All 64-bit PA-RISC machines split the memory into (up to 3) different
memory ranges, which are mapped at specific addresses. This patch
mimics the mapping as it's done on physical machines, which includes the
3.75 GB split for C3700, and 1 GB split for newer 64-bit PAT machines
like the A400.
SeaBIOS-hppa needs to know how the memory split is done, so add a new
memsplit_addr variable which stores the specific split address and hand
this over to SeaBIOS-hppa via fwcfg.

The original Artist graphics used the GSC bus, was often installed in old
32-bit machines (e.g. 715) and can not be used on 64-bit machines.
This is why this patch makes the artist driver dependend on the Lasi chip,
which was never used in a 64-bit machine.
Note that there exists a variant of Artist for the PCI-bus (Visualize-EG PCI).
It has quite some differences in the registers, and would require that we write
a PCI ROM for it, so that Linux and HP-UX would be able to use it.
Instead, for now, users can simply use a standard VGA or ATI PCI graphics card
on Linux. This can be enabled on the command line with "-device ati-vga" or
"-device VGA". If the "-nographic" option is omitted, a PCI OCHI controller
with USB keyboard and USB mouse will be added automatically.
This fixes graphics support on 64-bit hppa machines and allows us to boot up a
64-bit Linux installation with VGA graphics.

Restructures the CPU class heirarchy to clarify model names and allow
for per-model configuration options via HPPACPUDef. 32-bit HPPA is
assumed to run a PA-7300LC, and 64-bit assumed to run a PA-8700.
A new PA-8500 model is added, which will later be used by the A400
machine. All CPU models are made into children of the now abstract
TYPE_HPPA_CPU base class.
Two fields are added to HPPACPUDef describing the size of the physical
address space, and whether or not the CPU uses the PA-RISC 2.0
architecture. The latter was previously a field in CPUHPPAState.
phys_addr_bits is currently set but unused, and will be used in the
following commit. Likewise, PA-8700 is moved to use 44 bit physical
addresses in a followup commit to not break bisection.
References to "hppa/hppa64" models in test cases are also updated.

Currently, both qemu_devices_reset() and MachineClass::reset() use
ShutdownCause for the reason of the reset. However, the Resettable
interface uses ResetState, so ShutdownCause needs to be translated to
ResetType somewhere. Translating it qemu_devices_reset() makes adding
new reset types harder, as they cannot always be matched to a single
ShutdownCause here, and devices may need to check the ResetType to
determine what to reset and if to reset at all.
This patch moves this translation up in the call stack to
qemu_system_reset() and updates all MachineClass children to use the
ResetType instead.

Per https://discourse.gnome.org/t/port-your-module-from-g-memdup-to-g-memdup2-now/5538
The old API took the size of the memory to duplicate as a guint,
whereas most memory functions take memory sizes as a gsize. This
made it easy to accidentally pass a gsize to g_memdup(). For large
values, that would lead to a silent truncation of the size from 64
to 32 bits, and result in a heap area being returned which is
significantly smaller than what the caller expects. This can likely
be exploited in various modules to cause a heap buffer overflow.
Replace g_memdup() by the safer g_memdup2() wrapper.
Trivially safe because the argument was directly from sizeof.
