2368ea9744 accel/tcg: Move cpu_loop_exit_*() out of 'exec/cpu-common.h'
Move the following TCG-specific cpu_loop_exit_*() declarations
out of the generic "exec/cpu-common.h" header, to the recently
created "accel/tcg/cpu-loop.h" one, documenting them:

 - cpu_loop_exit_noexc()
 - cpu_loop_exit_atomic()
 - cpu_loop_exit_restore()
 - cpu_loop_exit()

Include "accel/tcg/cpu-loop.h" where appropriate.

f07d16c90f target/s390x: Replace legacy ld/st_phys -> address_space_ld/st (mmu)
Prefer the address_space_ld/st API over the legacy ld_phys()
because it allow checking for bus access fault.
This code however doesn't check for fault, so we simply inline
the calls (not specifying any memory transaction attribute nor
expecting transation result). No logical change intended.

2fd38d9c29 target/s390x/mmu: Replace [cpu_physical_memory -> address_space]_rw()
When cpu_address_space_init() isn't called during vCPU creation,
its single address space is the global &address_space_memory.

As s390x boards don't call cpu_address_space_init(), cpu->as
points to &address_space_memory.

We can then replace cpu_physical_memory_rw() by the semantically

c35622387e hw/s390x/s390-skeys: lazy storage key enablement under TCG
Let's enable storage keys lazily under TCG, just as we do under KVM.
Only fairly old Linux versions actually make use of storage keys, so it
can be kind of wasteful to allocate quite some memory and track
changes and references if nobody cares.

We have to make sure to flush the TLB when enabling storage keys after
the VM was already running: otherwise it might happen that we don't
catch references or modifications afterwards.

Add proper documentation to all callbacks.

The kvm-unit-tests skey tests keeps on working with this change.

390191c6f6 s390x/mmu_helper: move address validation into mmu_translate*()
Let's move address validation into mmu_translate() and
mmu_translate_real(). This allows for checking whether an absolute
address is valid before looking up the storage key. We can now get rid of
the ram_size check.

Interestingly, we're already handling LOAD REAL ADDRESS wrong, because
a) We're not supposed to touch storage keys
b) We're not supposed to convert to an absolute address

Let's use a fake, negative MMUAccessType to teach mmu_translate() to
fix that handling and to not perform address validation.

exceptions properly. We don't trigger KCP/ALCP/IEP exceptions yet.

So all we have to do is set the TEID (TEC) to the right values
(bit 56, 60, 61) in case of LAP.

We don't have any side-effects (e.g., no guarded-storage facility),
therefore, bit 64 of the TEID (TEC) is always 0.

We always have to indicate whether it is a fetch or a store for all access
exceptions. This is only missing for LAP exceptions.

90790898a1 s390x/mmu: Add EDAT2 translation support

a4e95b41a1 s390x/mmu: Convert to non-recursive page table walk
A non-recursive implementation allows to make better use of the
branch predictor, avoids function calls, and makes the implementation of
new features only for a subset of region table levels easier.

We can now directly compare our implementation to the KVM gaccess
implementation in arch/s390/kvm/gaccess.c:guest_translate().

3fd0e85f3f s390x/mmu: DAT table definition overhaul
Let's use consistent names for the region/section/page table entries and
for the macros to extract relevant parts from virtual address. Make them
match the definitions in the PoP - e.g., how the relevant bits are actually
called.

Introduce defines for all bits declared in the PoP. This will come in
handy in follow-up patches.

Add a note where additional information about s390x and the used
definitions can be found.

Personally, I've never used these debug statements at all. And if I had
to debug issues, I used plain GDB instead (debug prints are just way too
much noise in the MMU). We might want to introduce tracing at some point
instead, so we can able selected events on demand.

2d3bb388ad s390x/mmu: Better storage key reference and change bit handling
Any access sets the reference bit. In case we have a read-fault, we
should not allow writes to the TLB entry if the change bit was not
already set.

This is a preparation for proper storage-key reference/change bit handling
in TCG and a fix for KVM whereby read accesses would set the change
bit (old KVM versions without the ioctl to carry out the translation).

3096ffd368 s390x/tcg: Rework MMU selection for instruction fetches
Instructions are always fetched from primary address space, except when
in home address mode. Perform the selection directly in cpu_mmu_index().

get_mem_index() is only used to perform data access, instructions are
fetched via cpu_lduw_code(), which translates to cpu_mmu_index(env, true).

We don't care about restricting the access permissions of the TLB
entries anymore, as we no longer enter PRIMARY entries into the
SECONDARY MMU. Cleanup related code a bit.
