Philippe Mathieu-Daudé	ec77d52cc5	accel/tcg: Un-inline WatchPoint API user-emulation stubs ... Currently we can not build files including "exec/watchpoint.h" as meson common objects because the CONFIG_USER_ONLY definition is poisoned. We can easily fix that by un-inlining the user-emulation stubs. Richard Henderson	3e57baa22e	include/exec: Split out watchpoint.h ... Relatively few objects in qemu care about watchpoints, so split out to a new header. Removes an instance of CONFIG_USER_ONLY from hw/core/cpu.h.
