Philippe Mathieu-Daudé e202c1ffa1 MAINTAINERS: Remove my disfunctional emails
With retrospective, mentioning email in authorship wasn't
really useful, more now than these addresses are dead:
 - f4bug@amsat.org
 - philmd@redhat.com
Simply remove them.
