Aditya Gupta 3c4a2f2ab7 tests/functional: Use default powernv machine instead of power10

The default powernv machine has been recently changed to powernv11,
though fadump functional test used powernv10

Change it to use default 'powernv' machine for the tests instead of
being fixed to powernv10
