Philippe Mathieu-Daudé cf4305ed7a accel/tcg: Implement AccelClass::get_stats() handler ...

Factor tcg_get_stats() out of tcg_dump_stats(),
passing the current accelerator argument to match
the AccelClass::get_stats() prototype.
