Richard Henderson e23d76d896 *: Remove ppc host support ...

Move the files from host/include/ppc to host/include/ppc64,
replacing the stub headers that redirected to ppc.

Remove linux-user/include/host/ppc.
Remove common-user/host/ppc.
Remove cpu == ppc tests from meson.
