Describe the bug
If you close the popup by clicking outside the referenced element, you have to click twice in order to open the popup again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a RadzenButton and a Popup component
  2. Click on the button to open the popup
  3. Click outside to close the popup
  4. Click again on the buton to reopen the popup
  5. The popup won't open, only after a second click on the button

Expected behavior
The popup should open regardless of how it was closed.

The bug is reproducible also in the component page.
