Popup does not show when user clicks on input field when AllowInput set to false
Currently you have to click on the calendar icon within the field to get the popup to show.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would aid accessibility if when AllowInput was set to false and a user selects the input field attached to the date picker the popup opens.
