Describe the bug
Scroll drag
Please see above recording. After dragging the modal you can no longer dragscroll, on either the x or y axis

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Using mobile device/emulator
  2. Go to https://blazor.radzen.com/dialog#open-page-as-dialog
  3. Click on Order 10248 details
  4. Resize modal so content overflows
  5. Drag dialog
  6. Attempt to drag content of dialog (such as grid or overflow on y axis)

I can't recreate in versions before 4.29.8 when https://github.com/radzenhq/radzen-blazor/issues/1469 was fixed

Expected behaviour
Dialog draggable every time

Mobile:

  • OS: IOS
  • Browser: Safari
  • Version IOS 17
  • Radzen Version: 4.29.9

Also tested on Chromes mobile emulator:

Desktop:

  • OS: Windows
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Version: 123
  • Radzen Version: 4.29.9
