Describe the bug
Keyboard navigation of the profile menu has some unwanted behavior. When navigating an opened profile menu with the keyboard, selecting focusing a menu item and closing the profile menu. The next time you try to open the profile menu with the keyboard, you navigate to the previously focused item instead.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Tab to a profile menu.
  2. Open the profile menu using the keyboard.
  3. Focus an item in the profile menu.
  4. Close the profile menu using escape.
  5. Try and open the profile menu again using the keyboard.
  6. You now navigate to the previously focused menu item, instead of opening the menu again.

Expected behavior

  1. Tab to a profile menu.
  2. Open the profile menu using the keyboard.
  3. Focus an item in the profile menu.
  4. Close the profile menu using escape.
  5. Try and open the profile menu again using the keyboard.
  6. The profile menu opens and you can go through the menu items again.
