Describe the bug
In radzen picklist, it is possible to rendered items that are disabled. These items are not allowed to be selected by the user.
but if you click select all, these disabled items are seleced.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://blazor.radzen.com/picklist?theme=material3
  2. Click on Multiple selection
  3. Click on Select all
  4. See

Expected behavior
Disabled items are not selected when clicked 'Select All'

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Browser Edge
  • Version 5.7.3
