A configurable way to display many items on one single carousel.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Use js interop on some popular js libraries:

Use another Blazor library that has this feature like https://www.fluentui-blazor.net/HorizontalScroll

Additional context
I suppose this would require also to have some kind of "active" style for the selected item and manipulation would not be that easy overall.
