Describe the bug
As per the demo page https://blazor.radzen.com/dropdown?theme=material3 if you tab to a drop down then attempt to select an item using down or up arrows then nothing happens.

Strangely the Shift Key works but multiple presses of this flags up the Windows Caret Browsing dialog.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://blazor.radzen.com/dropdown?theme=material3
  2. Tab to a Dropdown
  3. Press down to attempt to select a different item.
  4. Nothing happens

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10 Ent
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Version: 132.0.6834.16

Worked normally on all browsers including Edge, Chrome and FF.

Thanks for checking, it does indeed work as expected. However, I can replicate but only when I have the NVDA Screen Reader running so it's possibly a 3rd party interference issue. Posting in case anyone else every encounters this.
