Describe the bug
User is still able to select a date in a ReadOnly Datepicker through keyboard navigation

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a readonly datepicker
  2. Navigate to the datepicker by the Tab-key
  3. Use the Enter-key to open the datepicker-popup
  4. Select a month in the month-dropdown
  5. Use the Tab-key to navigate to the year-dropdown
  6. Select a year
  7. Use the Tab-key to navigate to the calendar
  8. Press the Enter-key and a date is selected in the datepicker.

Expected behavior
A user should not be able to select a date in a read only datepicker.
