Describe the bug
When the RadzenMarkdown component is used and the displayed text contains
backslashes within a table cell, the backslashes will be shown as numbers.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'RadzenMarkdown - Get and set the text example'
  2. Create inside the editor a table with a text containing backslashes
  3. See the error in the preview.

Expected behavior
The content inside the table should show backslashes.
