Describe the bug
RadioButtonList Label showing hover hand despite being disabled

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://blazor.radzen.com/radiobuttonlist?theme=software#populate-items-programmatically
  2. Hover over label of disabled radio button "Companies"
  3. Mouse cursor changes to hand, indicating the label is clickable

Expected behavior
Mouse cursor should stay as default, same as with when hovering over the radio button ring.

  • OS: Windows
  • Browser: Edge
  • Version: Version 136.0.3240.76
