Describe the bug
When you try to enter data, the spaces are not filled or end up allowing more letters in the same space.
If you type 1 2 3 4 5, you will see that some boxes are skipped and others are left empty. It is as if only the first box is working and the others are not.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1- Go to 'https://blazor.radzen.com/security-code?theme=material3'
2 - Click on 'Default SecurityCode'
3 - Type some letters and numbers
4 - See error

Expected behavior
When typing each number/letter the box should be filled and the cursor moved to the next box

Desktop (please complete the following information):
-OS: Android 15
-Browser: Chrome 141.0.7390.111

Additional context
It works on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad (even using the same Chrome), only on Android it doesn't.

I tested the fix in version 8.1.5 and the error persists.
Thank you very much in advance for the excellent component suite!
