Describe the bug
When you open a RadzenDropDown on an Android device with the AllowFiltering set to true, the dropdown values and filter box are shown and then immediately hidden. In case the virtual keyboard of Android is active/shown, then the dropdown has it's normal behavior (in that case the dropdown values remain visible for the user to select)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open a browser on an Android mobile phone (or the Android emulator) and navigate to https://blazor.radzen.com/dropdown. Next try to open any of the RadzenDropDown controls that has the AllowFiltering set to true, with the virtual keyboard not shown (all of them except the first two dropdowns).

Expected behavior
The RadzenDropDown remains open.

Mobile phone (please complete the following information):
OS: Android 11
Browser: Chrome / Edge
Version: 94.0.4606.61 / 93.0.961.62
