Describe the bug
Dialogs which use render templates do not update when data in the render template changes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. See attached repro.
  2. Open Counter Dialog
  3. Increment Counter
  4. See error

Repro
RadzenDialogRefreshRepro.zip

Expected behavior
Dialog content should update.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: [e.g. iOS] Wndows 10
  • Browser [e.g. chrome, safari] Chrome, Edge
  • Version [e.g. 22] 97.0.4692.99
