datagrid column set TextAlign="TextAlign.Center" not working when not use filter #542

Describe the bug
.rz-datatable-thead th > div:not(.rz-cell-filter), .rz-grid-table thead th > div:not(.rz-cell-filter) {
display: flex;
justify-content: flex-start;
align-items: center;
width: 100%;
outline: none;
padding: var(--rz-grid-header-cell-padding);
}
display set flex when the column not use filter TextAlign="TextAlign.Center" not working because style="text-align:center;" not working in flex layout

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
