Issue 1. Changing Time Changes the AM/PM not as expected:

Start at 11:00 AM and clicking the up arrow for time changes to

11:00 AM
12:00 PM
1:00 PM
2:00 AM (Unexpected change to AM)

Issue 2. Changing between AM/PM changes the day:

Clicking down to change from AM to PM moves the day back

Clicking back up changes it back to the 25th. This was confusing when we were walking through a demo people were confused and just expecting the time to toggle between AM/PM and not shift the date.
