Describe the bug
When applying a advanced filter in the Datagrid in Default Theme the next columns header get underlined .
I didnt realized that before , must happened in your last updates. When focus gets anywhere else underline disappears.

To Reproduce
https://blazor.radzen.com/datagrid-advanced-filter select "Default Theme" apply a filter in first name for e.g.

Expected behavior
No underline on next columns
