Describe the bug
When using PopupRenderMode.Ondemand, the Datepicker Popup closed immediately after selecting a month or a year from the drop-down lists, and don't let the user to change the selected year / month or select a day in the calendar.

To Reproduce
Can be reproduced on the Datepicker Example on the Radzen homepage (but also locally):

  1. Go to https://blazor.radzen.com/datepicker
  2. Scroll down to "Get and Set the value of DatePicker".
  3. Switch to "Edit Source" in the Example Window.
  4. Replace the second line with <RadzenDatePicker @bind-Value=@value PopupRenderMode="@PopupRenderMode.OnDemand" />
  5. Click "Run".
  6. Click the Datepicker Icon. -> Datepicker Popup opens
  7. Select a month from the month drop-down list OR select a year from the years drop-down list

Expected behavior
The Datepicker Popup remains opened, and the user can select another month / year from the drop-down lists, can navigate forth and back in the calendar or select a day directly in the calendar view. The Datepicker Popup closed only after a user explicitly select a day in the calendar or click outside the Datepicker Popup. That means: the same behavior that we have without setting PopupRenderMode="@PopupRenderMode.OnDemand".

Observed behavior
The Datepicker Popup closed immediately after selecting a month or a year from the drop-down lists, only a slight shadow is rendered.
