a971663449 Replace usages of TYPED_EVENT with til::event (#16837)
This PR automagically finds and replaces all[^1] usages of our
TYPED_EVENT macro with `til::event`. Benefits include:
* less macro magic
* editors are more easily able to figure out the relationship between
`til::event<> Foo;`, `Foo.raise(...)`, and `bar.Foo({this,
&Bar::FooHandler})` (whereas before the relationship between
`_FooHandlers(...)` and `bar.Foo({...})`) couldn't be figured out by
vscode & sublime.

Other find & replace work that had to be done:
* I added the `til::typed_event<>` == `<IInspectable, IInspectable>`
thing from #16170, since that is goodness
* I actually fixed `til::property_changed_event`, so you can use that
for your property changed events. They're all the same anyways.
* events had to come before `WINRT_PROPERTY`s, since the latter macro
leaves us in a `private:` block
* `Pane::SetupChildCloseHandlers` I had to swap _back_, because the
script thought that was an event 🤦
* `ProfileViewModel::DeleteProfile` had to be renamed
`DeleteProfileRequested`, since there was already a `DeleteProfile`
method on it.
* WindowManager.cpp was directly wiring up it's `winrt::event`s to the
monarch & peasant. That doesn't work with `til::event`s and I'm kinda
surprised it ever did

57c3953aca Use type inference throughout the project (#12975)
#4015 requires sweeping changes in order to allow a migration of our buffer
coordinates from `int16_t` to `int32_t`. This commit reduces the size of
future commits by using type inference wherever possible, dropping the
need to manually adjust types throughout the project later.

As an added bonus this commit standardizes the alignment of cv qualifiers
to be always left of the type (e.g. `const T&` instead of `T const&`).

The migration to type inference with `auto` was mostly done
using JetBrains Resharper with some manual intervention and the
standardization of cv qualifier alignment using clang-format 14.

24f80bd9ba Don't yeet focus to the control when the tab renamer is opened (#10114)
This is a hotfix to #10048. When the tab renamer is opened, we need to make sure to not immediately steal focus from it.

00d1dc99e4 Teach tab to focus terminal after rename (#9162)
## Summary of the Pull Request
After rename ends (either by enter or escape) the rename box
gets collapsed and the focus moves to the next tab stop
in the TabView (e.g., new tab button).

To overcome this:
* Added RenameEnded event to TabHeaderControl
* Forwarded it as RenamerDeactivated from TerminalTab
* Registered in the TerminalPage to focus the active control upon
RenamerDeactivated if focus didn't move to tab menu.

This means, no matter how you close the renamer,
the current terminal gains the focus.

636f436465 Prevent context menu of tab renamer text box from canceling edit (#8979)

## Detailed Description of the Pull Request / Additional comments
* We dismiss the edit each time `HeaderRenamerTextBox` loses focus
* Unfortunately, this applies also to scenario where the context menu
(copy, paste, select, etc.) is open with the right-click
* The fix is to ignore focus loss if `HeaderRenamerTextBox().ContextFlyout()` is open.
* We can do it as upon the fly-out dismiss the text box regains the focus.

We've got similar logging around the command palette, we really should have the same logging on the tab renamer as well.

b7bebc765e Fix sending a title change event when the renamer is dismissed (#8393)
Fix for #8365

Adds a `_renameCancelled` bool that determines whether we raise the event for a title change. We do this because the lost focus handler for the rename box will be called _both_ when the renamer is dismissed by clicking somewhere else and by pressing enter/escape. So, the lost focus handler needs to conditionally raise the event.
