Tab switcher gets confused when tabs are closed in a certain order #10147

  1. Launch (tab 1)
  2. New tab (tab 2)
  3. Close first tab (tab 1)
  4. New tab (tab 3)
  5. Use switcher

It will select tab 3 (index 1).
