We have a generic bug template, but as we move our backlog to github and start to call our shots and take community feedback, we'll need feature request, community guidance, etc. templates.

One more for you: Add a point-of-order/guidance template that follows the pattern for stuff we've been filing to Rich as "we need to formalize this to manage the community"
