WindowsTerminalPreview_1.3.2382.0_x64

Windows build number: [run `[Environment]::OSVersion` for powershell, or `ver` for cmd]
Windows Terminal version (if applicable):

Any other software?

Steps to reproduce

Not sure but I'll keep an eye on it.

Expected behavior

No faults.

Actual behavior

Faults.

Sorry for the mess below. I got these with the ancient DUMPEL.EXE. Is there a better command line tool (not PowerShell)?
