Ported from internal issue MSFT: 21008771

I don't use command prompt in Chinese, but my computer is with Chinese IME (PinYin). If I occasionally type a Chinese word inside the prompt, and switch back to US English IME (Usually when typing first few word and start+space to switch), the text indicator will disappear forever. This is really painful and freaking annoying, please fix this bug. Thanks.
