Followup to #430. Here's what I'm thinking.

  • alwaysShowTabs -> true
  • experimental_showTabsInTitlebar -> true
  • always include Windows Powershell (background: #012456)
  • include PowerShell Core separately (background: unset)
  • drop Courier New for powershell
